We don’t sell your contacts. Period.
Mighty Clean facilitates booking and shop tools for independent detailers. We are not in the business of spam lists or selling your email or phone number.
What we collect
- Account identity (email, phone, Google/Apple) to sign you in
- Vehicles, jobs, photos, and shop CRM notes you choose to store
- Payment tokens via Stripe when you use platform payments (we don’t store full card numbers)
What we don’t do
- Sell or rent your email or phone
- Use your contacts for third-party marketing spam
- Employ providers’ staff (shops are independent)
Your shop’s customers
When a provider adds you to their CRM, that relationship is for their book of business on our platform. Platform admins use data only to operate the service.
Account close / deletion
You can close your account from the app (Account → Close my account). We anonymize contact fields and revoke sessions immediately. Residual backups may retain encrypted copies for up to 30 days (target SLA), then purge with normal backup rotation.
